2. Your Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
For customers in Norway, this right also follows the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven) for distance sales.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.
2.2 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You may:

2.3 Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for supplementary costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than:
- 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or
- 14 days after you provide evidence that you have sent back the goods (whichever is earlier)
3. Return Conditions
3.1 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- The seal or safety packaging must be intact (for hygiene and health protection reasons)
- The product must be in the same condition as when you received it
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Products that have been opened or unsealed
- Products that have been used or consumed
- Products with broken safety seals
This exception is in accordance with Article 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive, which allows exclusion of the right of withdrawal for sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.
4. Return Process
4.1 Initiating a Return

5. Refunds
5.1 Refund Processing

5.2 Partial Refunds

- If the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning
- If the product packaging is damaged or missing

6. Defective or Damaged Products
6.1 Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at business@frexalonchron.world. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
6.2 Damaged During Shipping
If your product arrives damaged, please:
- Document the damage with photographs
- Keep all original packaging materials
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and images of the damage
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through replacement or refund.
7. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect item.
8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
